Our Chicago Cup tournaments feature teams from throughout the United States and Canada, playing in the Chicago area’s finest facilities. The 2009-10 Chicago Cup tournaments included over 750 teams from 37 states and provinces. See our website for details on past participants and champions.
Zumba with Lisa D
Zumba® is a high energy cardio workout that incorporates Latin and International dance styles that will have you moving and grooving the entire hour. You will be moving to salsa, merengue, cumbia, cha cha, belly dancing, reggaeton, swing, hip hop, country, and pop music, just to name a few.
