In-line skaters, hockey players, cross trainers from cycling, running, soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis and all other sports are encouraged to try speedskating with GESS as it will also benefit you when you when playing other sports. Speedskating is a great fitness activity that the whole family can participate in.
